TabletsI keep getting an error on the tablet that says there are no apps that work with SmartSwitch. When I did a quick web search, I kept seeing that I don't need to install the app on the tablet to do the updating part of it, but it seems I do, and they are not compatible with the app
I'm trying to use this way to update the tablets because I'm getting "Sorry, we are having trouble authenticating your device. Try again Later" error when trying to update the tablets

TabletsTurns out I had a Verizon pop-up to pull the update Tablets had to be fresh wiped to get this to pop up They are now updating Weird quirk to have on almost 20 tablets at the same time but it is past thank you for your attempt to help

Tablets@eSquared RMA Where are you getting the Authenticating error? Can you provide a screenshot?
Can you provide a screenshot of the error that you are getting when trying to use Smart Switch?
When you launch Smart Switch it should immediately just go to a "Transfer your data" screen and allow you to choose if you are transferring data to or from the tablet.
