Washers and DryersBrand new WD53DBA900HZ Washer/Dryer Combo. During initial setup, the Accessibility mode was turned on. This causes a voice reading of each displayed screen or button press. However, any button press ONLY results in the voice feedback without the button function being activated. This includes the Gear icon such that the Accessibility mode cannot be turned off. Been through all the troubleshooting with Support to no effect. Anybody run into this one before?

Washers and DryersWell, I don't need the audio feedback. And the buttons produce no other response which is a bit of a problem.

Washers and DryersThe problem was solved by replacement of the Display board. Replacing the Display board appears to be fairly easy once the entire front panel of the appliance is removed. However, Samsung apparently replaces the entire front panel rather than just the board itself. Does not seem to be the most efficient or cost-effective approach. I wonder what the rationale is.
Now, on to discovering why Calibration mode does nothing.
