Anyone buy this combo & have issues? Samsung refuses to make it right. I’ve had a technician out here every week for almost 2 months trying to fix the same error code can’t clean the heat exchanger. They finally say they fixed it last time and now it’s saying check if the filter is inserted correctly. They’re sending us a new filter and say it may take 7-14 business days. So I’m supposed to get my laundry done how? We have a special needs child who requires almost daily laundry. We also have 4 other people in our home who need to do laundry. I’m paying $80/month for a machine that I’ve barely been able to use since we bought it at the end of June & Samsung won’t reimburse my laundromat fees or even off to credit my bill for those fees. I feel like I’m going to be stuck with a $2,000 machine that’s never going to work & they’re never going to make it right. It’s really sad they treat customers this way. I’ll never buy Samsung again!
