Washers and DryersWe have a WA54R7200A/WA50R5200A Washer that hasn't really worked from about 6 months on. In the manual, it tells me to download the SmartCare Laundry app from the iPhone app store. From what I can read, this app no longer exists, and I need the Samsung SmartThings App. I downloaded. When I go to sign in, it tells me my account was created with my Google Account, and to use it to sign in; however, the sign in screen gives no option for that. It only says --- over and over -- enter your email address. At a loss. The only way it seems I can get codes concerning the crazy machine is via the app, but I can't even get the app to let me sign in. This is just one of MANY problems. I have called the help(less) line several times, and talked once for several hours and no help. Can anyone at Samsung help?
