I am beyond frustrated with Samsung products. We got all new appliances, there has been a problem with every one of them except the stove/oven.
The dryer is ruining expensive clothes and blankets and I'm about to start a class action lawsuit. The problem is common and samsung isn't doing anything to alert users before their items are ruined!
Freezer: ice maker locks up and stops working completely. Had to pay a Samsung repair guy. Happened again.... and again.
Water dispenser built into fridge/freezer: It takes roughly 8753748 days to fill up 1 cup of water. So much time actually... that I bought funny and inappropriate word fridge magnets to keep people occupied while filling up their water glass.
Dishwasher: 2 years old and it never fully dried dishes. Yes I checked the filters, seals, settings, etc.
Fridge: Repair man told us the fridge has "cold spots" where food freezes, IN THE FRIDGE. ?!?!
Microwave: Gave this away because I don't trust Samsung.
