In the last couple of days, when I turn my washing machine on to start a load of laundry, it defaults to the delicate cycle. I cannot get it to go back to defaulting on the normal cycle. I have not (intentionally) changed any settings and Iām not sure what could be causing it. I have the SmartThings app, but rarely use it/go into it. I happened to look at it today to see if there was a way to change it and noticed that the delicate cycle immediately pops up and has what looks to be a favorite tag next to it.
I have tried 2 things. I have unplugged the washing machine and let it sit for about 10 minutes before plugging it back in. I also tried disconnecting my washer from the SmartThings app and readding the device. Neither of these methods worked.
Can anyone help direct me on how to get my washer to default to the normal cycle when the machine is first turned on?
