Somehow when I was fumbling through the startup with our new machine, which took me a long several days to figure out, the spin setting on all cycles was set to extra high and I couldn't figure out how to reset it. I even resorted to returning to factory settings and starting over but the spin setting remains unchangeable. I would appreciate it if anyone knows how this happened or how it might be corrected.
