my washer machine takes 6+ hours to complete a load. More so in the rinse and spin cycle, constantly stating land balance error. Is there a way to get this model on the Samsung recall list. This is ridiculous, wasting my water, electricity and energy. Samsung needs to do better with their appliances. And that is just 1 of many issues I have been having with my Samsung appliances, all just under 5 yrs old. And I have calibrated this machine, nothing works.. Very annoyed and frustrated.
