My WF45T6000AW front load washer adds additional water during spin cycles. In particular, it also adds water during a spin only cycle where I just want to further spin water out of clean but wet clothes. I have even run the spin only cycle with an empty drum, so there should be no balance issues and it still adds water for 10 or seconds about two times towards the end of the spin. Is this by design and if so why?
