Hello. I have a washer and dryer smart things set, and my washer itself also says washer/dryer on it, although I've never been able to use the dryer part of it. I always just put the cleaned close into the actual individual dryer machine next to it.
Well, today I was finally able to connect my dryer to the Samsung SmartThings app. When I tried to connect my washer, it says over and over again that it cannot connect to the network. It told me different troubleshooting solutions, like resetting my modem and then my router and then my bandwidth, checking my app, trying again, all this stuff and these different avenues of "help", and yet still, I cannot connect. I don't understand how my individual dryer from the same purchased set can connect and yet the washer cannot. Is there a different way to connect? What's the real issue? Please help
