Very frustrated w/ this new top of the line Samsung Washer!! I am a loyal Samsung customer. I’ve tried everything to fix the ub code on this washer which includes Calibration-New stabilization rods-repositioning load. The only thing that worked was reducing load to 2/3 garments which is ridiculous as if that’s the case I could hand wash faster and better. HELP!!!!
