Did you document the factory reset process. I traded in an iPhone 11 pro max for a note 20 and had no issues with a trade in and wasn't charged the full price.

Ok show them you have proof that it wasn't shipped. They say it was delivered tell them show me proof. Tell them exactly what you said and that if they don't send out a tablet they will be reported to the BBB and you will tell them Samsung wanted you break the law and file a false report

Samsung told me to go to a store one time. I told the guy I am not driving 2+ hours you need something closer. Like I am 30 mins away from a city and the best buys there don't have a Samsung shop or authorized repair. The guy was like you have to go to the Samsung retailer. I was like I'll just go to my carrier trade in the unlocked version for theirs so they can fix the problem. The guy said straight up ok

First off they stopped 3G. Second that isn't a Samsung thing it's a carrier thing. Your new phone supports 4G LTE and 5G. The S7 should have LTE so it should work

Still they should have installed their own before they had the phones given to you. Schools do it for their computers. They tell the company what they want and before they are sent out put it on there. If a company wants that much control over their people that's a bit much. Like the IT guys could have put it on there
