If a website didn't pop-up in your camera app, you haven't enabled QR code scanning it is off by default. Open the camera go to settings, toggle on Scan QR codes. Hope this helps

You used to be able to do this, too many people were doing this to have a phone line for $10 a month. You can do it just for GPS tracking through the Find My app on your phone.

Whatever update I got in the Galaxy Store yesterday, broke Battery Device Care !
When I go to Battery Device Care and tap on Battery this is what I now see every time I look, whether I am plugged in or not! I did a wipe cache partition twice, didn't fix it!

Did you try taking out SIM card and putting it back in? If that doesn't work try resetting Network settings, setting, general, reset, reset network settings. Be aware it will delete all WIFI passwords saved
