Sounds like you may have "adaptive Brightness" enabled, this automatically adjusts the screen brightness based on the surrounding light and your usage patterns. You can check by going to: - Device settings - Display - Check to see if "Adaptive Brightness" is toggled on

The post you are referring to, this is the correct method for Samsung tv's. So tap the homepage from remote > choose apps > locate the gaming hub app > then "long press" the gaming hub app icon from your remote by holding down the center button then select uninstall / delete. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/LED-and-OLED-TVs/Turn-off-Gaming-Hub/td-p/3268524

I recommend reaching out to a community moderator, they may be able forward your issue to the proper department so they can escalate this for you. That is not necessarily true. They are implementing the trash folder due to large demand from customers requesting it, they are also implementing other features on the horizon including themes. So demand and submitting feedback actually works, that is why google and other apps include the option, so they can hear from users.
