I am furious with Samsung over the recent update. I went and bought a 2024 tv so my cameras will show up on the tv, then it said you had to have rhe newer doorbell as well. So I bought that too, only to find out, the only time the camera comes up now, is when the doorbell is pressed and it comes up in full screen. And if you want to see your cameras now you have to go in and manually pull them up. We no longer get the pop up in the corner every time the cameras go off. Which is the only reason I buy Samsung Tvs.
I want to have the pop up in the corner every time the cameras go off. Are you going to bring back this feature???
By the way. No one likes the menu layout on the new Samsung Tvs. These recent updates are a step in the wrong direction. Especially removing the camera pop up in the corner of the screen. You will be losing customers over that alone.
