Cannot make added card primary using instructions as provided.  System software fills 12GB of 15GB internal memory.

Yes. I just do not have the option in settings to make the SD card primary.

That's because you can't do that with this phone...nor can you transfer apps to the SD card...only music, pictures, and videos.
