Hey Community

 
Hey Community,
My A32 5G doesn't detect 5g signal anymore, only LTE but the past few months I've stayed connected to my wifi mostly (don't know if that has anything to do with it) and I noticed when I would leave wifi I have to turn on airplane mode everytime to reset the signal so it would use my mobile data, now recently apps or browser would throw the error "no internet connection" but my device will show full wifi signal or mobile data and its become more frequent and all this that's happening is random I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but my device screen usually freezes up and some apps crash. Any and all advice, suggestions, etc are welcomed.

I would contact your carrier they maybe something they have to do

You can try resetting your mobile network
Phone settings
General Management
Reset
Reset mobile network
If that doesn't work you will need to contact your carrier

@GaryB82 I tried the reset network, changed apn settings and none of it made a difference and your most probably correct about the carrier!
