A Series & Other MobileHello. My 1 year old Samsung A34 has been draining 30% of its battery during the night for the past 3 weeks. Everything is turned off (bluetooth, wifi, location, mobile data). Checked its status in Samsung members' diagnostics tool, and it said: GOOD. What could be the problem? No app is running in the background as i saw in battery settings. Apps consumption is low. I am using an ORIGINAL SAMSUNG CHARGER.
I have another problem too, the software update feature disappeared from the settings menu. I reset the phone, and it showed again for a few days and then disappeared forever. Even if i search for it and find it, it can not be clicked. Note that my 2 other family members having Galaxy A34 n A32 also have the same software update disappearing problem. Each phone is running on a separate account . (LATEST updates are installed)
