A53 shutting off and sticking in bootloop

When will there be a patch for this awful UI 6.1? Phones are performing poorly with t u is "update." How many more complaints do we need to submit?

I cleared partition--2weeks of relief.

I factory reset and couldn't install any apps u less I updated to UI 6.1...one day or normal function, now phone turning off randomly again.

I would submit feedback the 6.1 update was many months ago I suspect something you added recently a appbor something

Thanks. Thus has been going on for some time, since I updated. I ApologiZE, THO, i thought I WAS submitting feedback to Samsung:-) I am a firstimer in the member app.
