AR Zone app- AR emoji studio

In the AR emoji editor app, you can no longer update or change your avatars clothing , or add new items like hats or dresses. The app only shows four circles (blue & green) spinning, but the avatar never loads for you to change the clothing. This option worked fine before the last update occurred.

I chatted with Samsung almost 30 minutes and they couldn't fix it. The stickers work fine but it won't let me change her to a different hairstyle or clothes at all.

No I don't see it, screen is blank

It's probably a software glitch caused by the recent update you received. The avatar in my screenshot is used for changing hair, clothing, etc.... Something went wrong during the update. What app version is your AR zone on? The AR zone app is a camera app for augmented reality.
