Are you sure it's not there? I know the A15 is the most basic of budget phones, but I cannot believe they would not keep that particular accessibility setting on it. As far as I know, all current phones should have all the accessibility settings. It may be in a different place in the list than you are used to having it. Have you tried searching the settings?
