A Series & Other MobileHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when your phone isn't working as expected. We will be happy to provide some steps that may help.
Call recording

Please note, this feature is not available on all devices depending on region and service provider.
Phone turns off for optimization
Go to Settings>Device Care>Auto Optimization. Look to see if this feature is turned off. https://www.samsung.com/levant/support/mobile-devices/restart-your-galaxy-phone-regularly-to-prevent...
You can find additional troubleshooting steps for the phone turning off here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001475

Wi-Fi connection troubleshooting can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559/
Static noise during calls
You can use this link to troubleshoot the noise during calls: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-troubleshoot-poor-sound-quality-during-a-ph...
We also recommend clearing the cache partition and repairing the apps in the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.
If you continue to experience concerns with the phone, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
