Go to the "the gear" settings and last on the should be about phone. That info should be there.

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out on this. Unfortunately, there is no way to add signatures to Samsung or Google Messages at this time. However, there are third-party messaging applications that may have this feature in the Google Play Store.
