A Series & Other Mobile
Before resetting your device make sure you have a backup of your device.
If you don't already have Smart Switch on your device, there are multiple options to preform a backup, I use an external SanDisk USB C thumb drive and insert it into the port, open Smart Switch and on the top there is an SD CARD icon, open that and generate a back up.
Depending on how much there is on your phone it will take a while.
To factory reset, open settings, type in Factory reset, follow prompts.
