I am seeking to recover data from my Samsung Galaxy A50. The screen on my phone is completely broken, I can't see anything on it nor can I use the touch screen.
I have tried connecting the phone to my PC using a USB-C / USB cable. Sadly my PC doesn't connect to my Samsung A50. I suspect the fault here lies with the phone, not my PC as I can connect with my new Samsung A54 phone.
I've tried all sorts of problem-solving solutions on YouTube. I even bought a special adapter to connect the phone to my PC but alas, nothing worked so far.
Could someone identify whats wrong with my phone, and guide me towards a solution? Any questions I will gladly answer.
