Edge Network shows on my on A35 5G

Using 5G provider compatible with my southeast Asia version of A35(a3560 ). Checked with provider my phone compatible with 5G bandwidth but still shows Edge. Only wifi calling works with my phone number.

Disable your 2G network only and enable 5G in mobile network settings.
