So, they transferred your data to a different phone beause they couldn't repair your old one, but they gave you a broken phone? Or did they transfer and keep your data and just not fix your phone? Doesn't sound like you took it to an authorized repair place. Have them give you a phone that works or give you your phone back so you can take it someplace else.
