Galaxy A32 5G Update??

Shouldn't the A32 5G have gotten Android 14? I thought Samsung gives 3 OS updates and 4 Security Patches. I didn't think Android 11 (out of the box) was counted as an actual update because it was released with 11. Just curious what the final decision was because there is conflicting information about this device.

Hopefully it will! It just might fix some of the issues I have because I actually love this device!

What are your issues. Maybe they can be helped without the update?

Devices doesn't detect 5G ( haven't seen 5G for a few weeks),
Randomly doesn't detect my wifi signal or mobile data,
Touchscreen freezes up won't respond,
Touchscreen is slow to respond to touches.
Those are the most important issues with my device.
When I use the diagnostic tool, it almost always detects an issue with the wifi but none with mobile data.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Have you tried power cycling your phone and/or wiping the cache partition? Sometimes that fixes problems

Yes I have . Recently wiped cache partition hoping it would help but no, it didn't fix any issues either.

Have you called your cell phone company to troubleshoot it and maybe ask for a new sim card because they can get damaged or just stop working tmobile told me. Just randomly. So maybe try that
