I bought a galaxy A34 while living in korea. I never used the samsung text messaging app while I was there but now that I'm back in the US I need to use it. However group chats don't work! They come in individually from each sender. Annoying! Any advice on how to fix it?
Additionally, there's no way to set up or access voicemail in the phone app. I press and hold 1 on the keypad but it just prompts me to add a contact shortcut. In settings there is no voicemail menu.
