RCS chat is not in Galaxy M35 5G

Hi team

Today I have purchased Galaxy M35 5G.

While I am installing and updating essential apps in the mobile 

I could obesvere RCS chat feature is not there in this device

Both in Google message and Samsung message app

Please help me to enable it
