Why does my phone keep restarting Almost every time I open the camera

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is to have your phone restart every time you open the calendar. There are some steps to try that may help.

1. Try clearing the cache of the camera app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

2. Clear the cache partition of the phone and repair the apps through the Recovery Menu.

    -With the phone powered off, hold down Volume Up and Power keys until the SAMSUNG Galaxy logo appears.

    -Then release all keys and from the following menu choose Wipe cache partition. Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to confirm that.

    -Now go to Yes option.

    -At the end, select Reboot system now with the Power key.

 *The repair apps option also appears under this menu.

4. Backup and factory reset the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
