Galaxy A52s not showing up when connected to PC

Hello,

My wife and I both bought Samsung Galaxy A52s at the same time and from the same retailer. 

When she connects her phone to our PC (Windows 10) it both charges and shows up as a device on the system, meaning she can drag and drop files, etc.

When I plug my phone in, it only shows it as charging. I can't find it on the PC.

I am sure there is a setting I need to find to change this, but I have looked and I am stumped. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

In developers options, turn on USB debugging. Then you will have options pop up which type of USB connection you want each time you connect.

Thanks! I have just tried this and it is still not detectable on my PC or showing the USB transfer option on the phone when plugged in. 

Update: this worked after a phone reset.

I'm also in same boat now, tried to hook phone to 3 window pc's and phone not seen by any of them

Doesn't works for me even turning on USB debugging nor restarting the phone. I'm stucked 😞 Can you help me?
