Samsung, please address this issue. My new Galaxy A54 drops phone calls with IPhone users when they answer. They can call me back and talk just fine. Absolutely no issues with other android users.
My phone made calls to iphones out of the box but no longer works after I updated it for the first time.

Hello, We definitely understand how frustrating dropped calls are! Here are several troubleshooting steps and tips that may help. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001240

If you are experiencing network service issues with calling, SMS or MMS messages, network signals, mobile data, or hotspots after resetting the device, you will need to contact your carrier.

We also recommend submitting an error report: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

If you complete all the troubleshooting and are not having issues with the network, such as mobile data, texting, etc., then it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in he U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

You need to contact your carrier. Calls, text, and data are features that your wireless carrier are in charge of.

The only calls that don't work are to iPhone users. This issue happened after an update which tells me that this is an issue with Samsung. Don't pass the blame to someone else
