A Series & Other MobileHello. I have just acquired a Galaxy A80 and one of the first things I noticed was that the usual method of taking a screenshot (volume down + power button) does not take a screenshot. It opens the shutdown menu, instead.
I cannot find an option to enable screen capture. I can't find the screen capture app in the list of apps. (Is it called something else on the A80?) I've looked at the solutions Googling this problem brings up, but none of them apply: nothing addresses the problem of the physical buttons not taking a screenshot.
Grateful for any help with this annoying problem!
Thanks

A Series & Other MobileThat works. Thanks! So simple! I feel a bit daft, now...
Strange how it works. Every other phone I've had you hold it until you see/hear the picture taken, whereas this one the picture happens after you let go. Well, that's my excuse, anyway 😉
Cheers
