Hi, I just brought this new Galaxy F54 5G and knowing later it was not waterproof/ water resistant, I was very possessive of it though I rarely expose it to moisture.
However, today I needed to make an online payment while it was light raining. I made sure not to expose the phone to raindrops but still there was a second or two when the speakers and bare screen was exposed to the sky before keeping the phone back into my pocket in safety.
I was concerning (it's 4 AM in the morning here) that whether do modern phones come with some basic sort of water/ moisture protection, even without any IP ratings? Just some bare, minimal protection from water for an inevitable 1-2 seconds expose?
