1. Go to settings 2. Select 'lock screen 3. Screen lock type 4. Enter your 4 digit pin 5. Select PIN 6. Enter 4 digit pin again 7. Make sure 'confirm pin without tapping OK is checked. No more having to press OK after pin entry.

Is there any way to reset? I forgot about the confirmation

1. I believe you now have to have a 6 digit pin in order not to enter OK.

2. I heard that you can set the 6 digit pin and then after it's set and the box is checked, go back and edit the pin back to 4 digits and the auto unlock after pin entry will stick.

3. In order to reset your pin, go to settings/lock screen & AOD/screen lock type.  Then either select "none" to erase all security and then repeat the setup process, or just select "pin" and change your pin to 6 digits and check confirm pin without tapping OK.  Then go back and delete the last 2 digits of the PIN.

4. Whether setting 6 and backing up to 4 method still works, I don't know.  I don't use a pin.  I use a password and biometrics.  I also do not think it's a major inconvenience to tap "ok" after entering a pin (really a half second and extra tap is going to hurt you?). After I enter my password, I have to press the enter key on the keyboard - just like when I log into a website.
