How to bypass pin lock on Slyder phone from eBay?

I recently purchased an old Samsung Slyder phone off of Ebay. It came in and I found the screen was locked. The model is Samsung galaxy torch shg-t669b. how can I bypass the pin lock on this phone or factory reset it. I messaged the seller for the pin he never got back to me.  Or would Samsung be able to fix it if I mailed it in. Thank you.

Different model, but the fix should be the same on any Samsung phone.
