Well, if you do have an SD card, the instructions above apply. Just look for "my files" in your apps. Once you open it, you will see in the "storage" section "internal storage" and "SD card" and whatever cloud services you are syncing with, if any. You can then move your files between any of them, or to an external device via cable.
I have an A23 also. I was using an sd card & suddenly it stopped recognizing it. I tried several things to get it to read it, recognize it & nothing worked. I inserted a new sd card(both are the highest rated read/write) & it doesnt recognize the brand new sd card either. What can I do? Or is this an update issue & Samsung has just updated out the sd card use? It doesnt say anything abkut mounting or unmounting anymore. The place where it had sd card mounting & unmounting is just gone. I went into the fikes regularly to clean it up both internally & externally but now the sd card area is gone. The sd card I had in it didn't have much on it, but what it had I wanted. Now it doesn't read it or recognize it so what do I do?
