Suggestions on replacing my A35 and removing voicemail app completely off my phone?

Please suggestions to replace my archaic A35. 

ALSO...HOW DO I COMPLETELY REMOVE VOICEMAIL APP FROM PHONE. I HAVE SPENT MULTIPLE HOURS WITH TECH, PAID TECH AND STORE AND STORE LEVEL. NOT ONLY CAN I NOT CHANGE GREATING BUT STUCK IN SPANISH. I just want the whole voicemail app gone.

No way to delete Voicemail completely? If I do a factory reset do I lose all all of my data input?

If you are on a budget, buy the latest or last years' highest model A series phone. If you are not on a budget, buy an S series.  As far as voicemail, do you mean Samsung's visual voicemail app or your voice mailbox?  You should be able to uninstall visual voicemail (Samsung or carrier's app), but you cannot delete the voicemailbox.  If you do not want voicemail (for whatever your reasons are), you can ask your carrier to disable your voicemailbox.

I too had to go to my service provider to have it disabled but it keeps popping up which is so irritating. Found out later from the tech that it's a samsung problem and probably will need an update to keep it from popping up even if disabled already.

Turn off notifications and put the app in deep sleep.
