I need a MCK/MKC (Master Key Code) for a Galaxy A15.

MCK? If your referring to the Master Control Key too unlock your device for other carriers you would need to contact your carrier you got your phone from to get it Unlocked

I did and they emailed me a network code. I put that in and now says network code locked and ask for MKC/MCK

The Carrier is the only one able to provide it you can try calling 1 (800) 726-7864 and see if they might be able to help but normally the Carrier has to get the code

They told me they contacted Samsung and they would email it to me by the 23rd. Well they did but it was network code
