I have a A52 5G phone back in October of 2021 and I've noticed yesterday that it's battery goes down by a 1% every 2-3 minutes while in use. Along with that, it over heats pretty easily and especially while charging. Also my phone will randomly just lag out and freeze for a few seconds, so is this normal for it's age or should I be concerned?
My carrier told me to replace my phone every 2 years I had an a13 and it was like yours, I ended up replacing it before it totally went dead on me but was able to transfer everything just in time.
your carrier just wanted to sell you a new phone and lock you into another 2 years. There is no reason to swap phones every two years if it's working and you are still getting updates.
