Message make phone screen work to discharged

I have a problem in my mobile phone , which is that after each call a message appears to make phone screen remains working until the battery discharged,

My phone model galaxy  A70

This problem occurred after updating to Android 11
As long as the message cancel button is not pressed, the screen will remain on

Did you use a phone calling app like whats app or Google voice

Looks like a ad, turn on a ad blocker and try again, to force phone to restart if locked try holding Bixby button and volume down

Yes, I use WhatsApp and Google Duo
But this message is coming from the telecom service provider "Vodafone"

"Bixby button and volume down" i don't know how to do it

this alert come after some one call me or i call some one use Sim Card

I don't use what's app or duo I use to use duo, go to the app hold down on it and tap on the i button and clear the storage and data then resign in

Also if you have the ability to go to a Honda Phone app and do the same thing or at least look under the privacy section and see if there's anything about ads
