Microphone not working in the phone app mode, but it does while using the speaker mode during call, and in all apps

Hey Guys,

        Samsung A-12.

The microphone isn't working in a call unless I put it in speaker mode. 

Also it works in every other app.

I did a factory reset and still the same problem.

How can it work in speaker mode but not in phone mode while on a call?

....Curious.    Any help is appreciated

You may have blown your bottom microphone out somehow or top not sure how many mics it may have but i blew my microphone out and the phone only worked on speaker . Get it checked out

Im not saying it has 2 mics im not sure how many mics it has . Ive came across the same problem with one of my phones that only worked on speaker talking on the phone. It was the physical microphone that was having the issue
