Microphone problems when making phone calls

When I make a phone call, I can hear everything perfectly.   No one can hear me.  What is my problem?  Help please

Any bluetooth device connected? And have you tested your mic

@Timbo61 Sounds like you are have mute enabled or you have a microphone issue. 

Have you tested the microphone using diagnostics in the Members app -> support -> Diagnostics?

Thank you. Found the diagnostics and went through process 3 times. Mic 1 had issues each time. Guess I have to figure out how to get a replacement. Thanks again
