It should be in your quick panel. Pull down from the top of your screen. You should see the NFC icon. It should turn on automatically anyway when you use one of the wallets. No need to, and you shouldn't, keep it on all the time. If you don't find it readily in your quick panel, you can add it by editing the panel, but it should be there as it is one of the default QP icons.
