No option to turn on QR scanning in camera setting

Hello, I have looked thru all advice to turn on QR scanning on my phone.There is no turn on QR scanning option in my phones camera settings. 

P.S I have an older A10e, was that option not available on this phones camera?

You have to go to Quick settings in the pull-down menu. If it's not there, check in unopened menu to use.

It has always been my understanding that the camera scans QR codes automatically.  However, the Quick Panel (swipe down from the top of your screen) has a button for QR code scanning.

Not sure about the A10 but just open the camera and point it a QR. There is no button, it will scan it automatically. There is also a QR scanner in the quick panel.
