There is no visual voicemail i looked everywhere any ideas?

Find an app in the play store and download it.  Who is your carrier? Many carriers have their own app, but if you can't find one for yours another one should work.

If you use a T-Mobile phone just download it from the Play Store. Visual Voicemail isn't installed by default, probably.
