Not able to use 4g or 5g (resolved)

I just got a Samsung galaxy a14 and I've only been able to connect to lte. I've checked the options and I only have 2g, 3g, and lte. Have I done something wrong? Is there a way to fix this?

@WornSnow88 So there is 2 models of the A14.

• A14 5G - SM-A146
• A14 4G -SM-A145

Which model number do you have? 

Also that menu in your screenshot is controlled by the carrier. So they could be limiting the choices available to you.

That phone does not support 5G.
