I just got a Samsung galaxy a14 and I've only been able to connect to lte. I've checked the options and I only have 2g, 3g, and lte. Have I done something wrong? Is there a way to fix this?

A Series & Other Mobile@WornSnow88 So there is 2 models of the A14.
- A14 5G - SM-A146
- A14 4G -SM-A145
Which model number do you have?
Also that menu in your screenshot is controlled by the carrier. So they could be limiting the choices available to you.

A Series & Other Mobile@WornSnow88 "I have the -SM-A145"
That phone does not support 5G.
