Noticed some of my photos from the Gallery app are gone?

So earlier i was trying to free up space in my google photos, but i went to go look at my system photo gallery (just the gallery app) and some of my photos were gone 😞 any help ?

@mythbobded If you are lucky they are in the Google Photos Trash. 

1. Open the Google Photos app
2. Click on Library
3. Click on Trash
4. Select the items that you want to restore and then click Restore.

Unfortunately ive already tried that ! There are no pictures there

Unless you have them backed up somewhere else, I'm afraid that they are probably gone.

How to keep photos out of my gallery that are not mine
