My quick share does not seem to find my device, both from windows to phone, and phone to windows, they just wont show up. I have quick share set to everyone.
Are you connected both by Bluetooth and wifi? I've never used quickshare, but maybe the Windows link you may need or Samsung flow. I'm not really sure, just guessing.
